Why when you look at a spoon your upside down, but when you turn it around you are NOT upside down?

You're comparing a concave mirror with a convex mirror. With a concave mirror, you are seeing the actual image as the focal point is between your eye and the spoon, therefore the image is upside-down. Turn the spoon around and you have a convex mirror, you're seeing a virtual image as the focal point is behind the spoon, this image will be right side up.

I don't know, but you have asked an interesting question. This is a new perspective for me. I'll think about this!
