Well that depends on what king of ring you want for a wood set I would take a piece of wood and put it on a lathe and shape it then drill out the center and paint it the color you want. Black lacquer is always nice. if you want a metal set it will require a little more work you will need to pick out the kind of metal you want and have a tour ch sodder and a ball ping hammer to get it the way you want it. there are other creative ways that are easier like taking grape vines twisting them around and just tying and hot gluing them together, maby put some laquer on them to make then shiny you can use many things, just try making a few things into rings and see how they turn out. take a wooden dowel and heat the spoon or fork as you wrap it around the dowel pole.
get a ring mandril from a jewlry supply house, use a rawhide mallett to bend the STIRLING SILVER handle around it at the proper size mark cut off the excess and polish.
